The ZW32-12FG/630A outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker adopts a post-type structure. During installation, use M10 bolts to fix it to the mounting bracket on the utility pole. The hoop size should be customized according to the actual pole diameter; the circuit breaker installation height should facilitate operation and observation, with the manual open/close handle and charging handle positioned for easy access; the high voltage outlet terminal is connected to the line using M10 bolts and busbars.
Equipped with a 26-core aviation socket as the secondary wiring interface. Pin definitions of the aviation socket include: pins 1-2 charging motor power supply (DC24V), pins 3-4 closing coil, pins 5-6 opening coil, pins 7-12 current signals (Ia/Ib/Ic/zero-sequence current), pins 19-24 telemetry and zero-sequence voltage signals. During wiring, carefully verify each pin according to the provided wiring schematic diagram.
After installation is complete, the following commissioning tests must be performed: insulation resistance test (main circuit to ground ≥1000MΩ); main circuit power frequency withstand voltage test (42kV/1min); mechanical operation test (5 times each for manual/electric, no refusal to open or close); circuit resistance measurement (should be less than 130μΩ); protection function integrated commissioning (inject simulated fault current to confirm protection action is correct).
The ZW32-12FG/630A outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker should meet the following upon acceptance: appearance intact without damage; all components securely connected; open/close indication correct; charging mechanism working properly; all protection functions tested qualified; accompanying documents complete. Only after passing acceptance can it be put into operation.
